My Profile as Virtual assistant in oDesk now Upwork. I find it more difficult to work as Virtual Assistant than my work in real environment before because being a Virtual Assistant, you are expected to know everything and your knowledge in internet, Social media and various application software must be high. English proficiency must also be excellent, in my case since English is not my first language I am really struggling!! But I love doing it because even though I am already a full time mom, I do not want my knowledge to become stagnant. So, learning new things is very helpful.

My Job for over 10 yrs in real invironment. Working in multinational Semiconductors company with population of over 3000 is overwhelming! It is really challenging and enjoyable as well because of my former colleagues which became my buddy and best friends.
